Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. Our delivery charges to the UK & Overseas are outlined for you. If you have any questions, please let us know. All prices include V.A.T. where applicable. All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Cancellation - You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Please contact us for the address. A full refund will then be given to the value of the goods, less any postages costs within the next 7 days upon receipt of goods. You are responsible for any postage costs on any returned items so please ensure they are packaged correctly to protect against damage.

Credit Card Security

Once you have gone through our checkout, you will be diverted to our protected secure online payment system, or via paypal. Your credit card information will be held in protected SSL secure servers, we will not have access to your full credit card details, and we will not release information regarding your credit card. Your credit card details will only be used for transaction authorised by you. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Delta, Business Credit & Debit, JCB, Switch and Switch Solo.

Privacy Policy

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not transfer any information outside the European Economic Area. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Petville only collect information about you to process your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and you can be sure that under NO Circumstances will we divulge your information to any third party. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend it promptly.
